Cancellation conditions
From the moment we receive the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation, the first night is considered cancellation expense.
In case of partial cancellation, 20% of the cancelled days is considered cancellation expense.
Up to 30 days before the date of entry you can change the dates without losing the deposit, depending on availability and the rates in force on the new dates apply.

10% VAT is included in the reservation price.
WARRANTY
A deposit is required as a guarantee of the reservations.
The amount of the deposit is equivalent to the price of the first night for reservations of 1 to 4 nights and 20% for reservations of 5 nights or more.
The deposit will be deducted from the total invoice at the hotel. The rest is paid at the entrance.
Card or bank transfer is accepted for payment of the deposit up to 7 days prior to the date of entry and reservations made less than 7 days in advance must pay the deposit by card at the time of booking.
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
General conditions of modification and cancellation
We offer the possibility of modifying the reservation dates up to 30 days before the entry date, maintaining the deposit and depending on availability. The current price will be applied for the new dates.
The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.
In case of partial cancellation, the amount equivalent to 20% of the days cancelled will be considered a cancellation fee.
If you do not show up on the day of entry, the reservation will be cancelled and the amount paid will also be considered a cancellation fee.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Animals are not allowed.
