WARRANTY

A deposit is required as a guarantee of the reservations.

The amount of the deposit is equivalent to the price of the first night for reservations of 1 to 4 nights and 20% for reservations of 5 nights or more.

The deposit will be deducted from the total invoice at the hotel. The rest is paid at the entrance.

Card or bank transfer is accepted for payment of the deposit up to 7 days prior to the date of entry and reservations made less than 7 days in advance must pay the deposit by card at the time of booking.

MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION

General conditions of modification and cancellation

We offer the possibility of modifying the reservation dates up to 30 days before the entry date, maintaining the deposit and depending on availability. The current price will be applied for the new dates.

The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation. In the event of partial cancellation, cancellation fees will be charged at 50% of the days cancelled.

If you do not show up on the day of entry, the reservation will be cancelled and the amount paid will be considered a cancellation fee.

All rooms are non-smoking.
